1. MAIN APPLICATION:
Suitable for heat sensitive material that easy decomposed, polymerized and metamorphous under high temperature. This Vacuum dryer drying oven widely used in pharmaceutical,chemical, food, electronics, industrial etc. like used for drying fruits and vegetables, high heat-senstivity material.
The vacuum tray drying machine is the process that the raw material dried in the vacuum situation, and take out the wet moisture at the same time by vacuum pump.Usually for low temperature drying and solvent recovery, also can for different kind product drying, and reach GMP requirement.
2. WORK PRINCIPLE:
This vacuum dryer drying oven chamber is under vacuum condition, and low temperature heating. It need matched with vacuum pump, vacuum pump is used for pumping and dehumidifying, it will big help drying speed .
Note: if the condenser is used extra, the solvent in the material can be recycled through the condenser, such as the solvent is water. But it is okay not use the condenser for save cost.
◆ The top adopt arch design, avoid the condensated water droping into drying chamber, so ensure a high drying efficiency in a low temperature.
◆ Not only suitable for heat-sensitive material, also apply for the easy oxidized material. And can use for solvent retrieve, heating source is hot water steam or heat conducting oil.

3. PRODUCT FEATURE:
1. Under vacuum, the boiling point of the solution of the material is reduced, so that the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator is increased.
2. The heat source for evaporation operation can be made of low pressure steam, waste steam or electric heating tube. (supply customized hot water or oil, etc. heating source)
